Maudslay spans 500+ acres along a wide curve of the Merrimack River. Carriage roads, meadow edges, and ornamental garden remnants create some of the most predictable early-season footing anywhere on the Seacoast. Spring arrives quietly: river views open before leaf-out, rhododendron buds appear in April, and the park stays accessible for all ages.
