ABOUT BEEF COUNTRY
The Basics
A Beef is thin-sliced, oven-roasted rare roast beef piled high on a toasted, buttered roll. You can have it with mayo, sauce, cheese, or all three - that’s a 3-Way. Simple, messy, and exactly right.
Beef Country runs through the stretch north of Boston in Massachusetts, from Greater Boston to the North Shore, Cape Ann, the Seacoast, and the Merrimack Valley. The Beef has been a local legend here for more than 70 years.
The Hub connects Beef Country. It’s part roast beef shop directory, part visitor guide, and a celebration of everything that makes this region unmistakable. Built by our team with input from shop owners, fans, and locals, the Hub is a shared project for everyone who loves Beef Country. You can also add your own stories and experiences through our Share Your Story form.
The Hub and 3Ways work together to celebrate Beef Country.
The Hub brings you to Beef Country to explore it firsthand.
3Ways brings Beef Country to you with merch, stories, and more.
