At the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Lindsey Street, Mino’s has been serving Beefs since 1971. Opened by Kosta “Mr. Mino” Travayiakis, it is now run by Mario Noci, who came to the United States from Albania. The shop sits beside an interior-design studio, a neighborhood barber, and a rubber-duck shop.
Juicy Info
Look for the vintage store sign inside. It disappeared during renovations in 2020 but was eventually returned. The staff shirts say it best: “A Friend of Mino’s is a Friend of Mine’os.”
