Nick's has served roast beef sandwiches in Beverly since 1975, when Nicholas Koudanis and Nicholas Markos opened on Dodge Street. With two Nicks behind the counter, the name was a natural fit. The shop changed ownership in 2025, but over the years Nick’s has been crowned Best Roast Beef Sandwich in Massachusetts by Boston.com readers and named one of the best in the country by People Magazine.
