Pomodori opened in 2020 at 192 State Street, taking over the longtime Courtyard Roast Beef & Subs space near the Route 1 rotary. Owned by Peter Nikolakopoulos, who also runs Pomodori Ipswich, the shop blends Beefs and more under one roof. Pomodori regularly hosts Charity Nights supporting Alzheimer’s research and local programs across Beef Country, and its Loyalty Club keeps regulars coming back.
