THE NORTH SHORE ROAST BEEF

Top or bottom round, oven-roasted rare, sliced paper-thin. Piled onto a toasted, buttered roll with extra-heavy mayo, James River Barbecue Sauce, and white American cheese. That combination has a name—a Three-Way.
